Error with Trados Studio 2021 license when starting the program - SDL Trados Studio 2021 - v. 16.0.0.0

Dear Support Team,

For a couple of days I get the following error message when starting my version of Trados Studio 2021. I have restarted the computer and checked that my installation was OK, but I can't find the bug, could you help me, please?
