Activation code does not work, can't reactivate it

This morning, when I logged into my computer, Trados asked me for the activation code. This normally does not happen. I bought a permanent freelance licence last year, on the 18th of December) .

The activation code I have didn't work "no licences are available for this code" and when I tried to reset the code, I received an error message. 

Also, when I loginto my account, sometimes the licence I have bought appears, and sometime it isn't there.

This is pretty frustrating, as I am in the middle of a translation.
