Hello,
I have been using SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus for about ten months. This morning, as I wanted to finish a project and send it to my client, I opened Trados only to find out that my licence has apparently expired and I had to reactivate the product (through an Activation code) - although my licence is a permanent one and has, obviously, no expiry date and should never expire.
When I go to my account, it says "Activated 15-12-2022", although I did nothing at all and have been using the product for almost a year.
I was unable to keep my deadline and other projects are waiting.
What can I do?
