Following instructions on your website I would like to ask you to help me to deactivate 4 licenses of TRADOS Studio 2015 and covert them + activate them on a new Licensing server 2016 (Upgrade of license already bought). Our environment is completely offline.

You already have a support case logged for this (00723503) on which I replied 2 times on 2.12, 13.12 and this morning but I haven`t received any reply from you. See below my reply and try to apply the steps and reply to the support ticket if any issues:
"Please follow the below steps:
1. Upgrade your license from your RWS account > Licenses page > Your available upgrades > Upgrade > Process upgrade.
2. One the new 2019 license is generated you can activate it offline on the new server: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0038819
If everything is working ok on the new server please do the following on the old one:
Ensure that all RWS / SDL products are closed on the server.
1. Go to: C:\ProgramData\SDL\NetworkLicensingServer\2 and rename the "2" folder to "2_old".
2. Go to: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\SafeNet Sentinel\Sentinel RMS License Manager\WinNT and rename the file lservrc to lservrc_old.
3. Open SafeNet License Manager (WlmAdmin) and check if the AllowTQA 2015 and ProfessionalEdition 2015 features are still listed under Subnet servers > your server name. If they are, right-click on each of them and select Remove Feature."
