I had Studio 2019. I have bought the upgrade version to 2022 on 7 November 2022 (€426.00). I have dowloaded and installed Studio 2022 and Multiterm, but I can't get my activation key. I have been using the demo version of 2022 that has now expired. I am out of work!

Why is not my new activation key simply displayed on my RWS Account ? On my page, I can read "You have 1 upgrade available. Ckick here to upgrade your licences". I click and get to another screen that says "En cas de mlise à niveau... " (If you upgrade, the licence(s) ont the left will be removed and replaced bu the new licence(s) on the right. It click on "Effectuer la mise à niveau" (Proceed with the upgrade), but it does not work. I am turniing round and round on your site and can see no solution. Is there any possibility to get directly in touch with one person who can help me solve my case? The answers I can see on the RWS Community do not help. I am getting desperate.
