In August my laptop collapsed without deactivating the licence. I reset the licence and put it on my PC. Now my PC broke down, but in the meantime I had managed to have my laptop repaired. I reset the licence again, but I don't know how to reactivate it on my laptop, where it is not deactivated and deactivation somehow does not work. Any ideas? Thank you.
