Hi I am the user of Trados Studio 2019. I re-installed the application after a clean reinstallation of my Windows 11 for a serious system error. I have tried to reactivate Trados with the activation code, but an error message appears saying that I do not have any free license (in Japanese). I then tried to deactivate my license through my account, but it does not work. Can someone help me? Thank you!
