activation problem

After I reinstalled trados, it begins as the tiral version. When I input the licence number (xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx), trados does not activated, but only the message below pops up. Please help me activate the trado (2017 version)

Error message in Trados Studio activation window stating activation failed and to check internet connection or contact support.
