Cannot install Studio 2015 - unable to generate activation code

Question

I cannot install Studio 2015 because I can't create the activation code. The instructions on creating the activation code say "Log in to your SDL Account. Go to the 'Licenses' section. On the left hand side you should see “Upgrades Available” marked with a yellow arrow icon." I don't see that, only the option to buy an upgrade.
My licenses page doesn't show Studio 2015 at all, although my order (May 30) does show on the Order History page. Thanks for your help.

Thanks Paul (and Walter)! That's fixed now. Not sure how I managed to select the wrong upgrade or why it is possible to select an upgrade that doesn't actually work... perhaps things could be "streamlined" a little in the upgrade process.

I figured out where to go to generate the activation code following the advice on this page. Issue was resolved, no need for further help! This place has great resources, thank you and the others who contributed to this thread!

I don't know if someone resolved this for you earlier today, but when I look at your account your Plus license for 2015 is there, but none of them are activated. Are you sure you just haven't tried to activate it yet? All you have to do is log into your MySDL account, look at your licenses where you'll find the activation code and then use it to activate your product.

Hi John,

Please try again now. It seems you upgraded from 2014 Freelance Plus to just 2015 Freelance and this confused the system as it expected you to upgrade to the same version, Freelance Plus. The licensing team have just sorted this out for you so you should be able to process the upgrade now.
