Hi,
I have two serious problems with Trados Studio licenses:
I few months ago I bought a Trados Studio Freelance subscription for a year which expires sometime next year
A few weeks ago I bought a Trados Studio Freelance subscription without expiry date.
I have given these licenses to translators that are doing some work for us.
Now after buying the second license, the first one has dissapeared from the RWS Account, and the other one, appears as being used even though it has not been activated in any computer.
Can you please help.
PD:
I don't understand why problems that clearly neeed support from RWS have to be published in a users community, but I don't see any other way of talking to Trados Studio support.
