I tried to update my Trados 2019 to 2022.
According to the guidance, first I have to deactivate my Trados2019。
I tried but it didn’t work.
The error message was “Revocation is either complete or revocation proof is already uploaded”.
I tried to deactivate by offline, but it didn’t work too.
