I deactivated my license in my PC to activate it again in my laptop. Activation failed. I asked for an Offline activation certificate but it didn't work A message saying something like "the provider server could not be found..." appeared and I could not activate the license in the laptop. Also, when I deactivate the license in my PC, it seems to be deactivated. But when I go to RWS page, the license is still activated.
