Hi!

I have a question regarding the installation of the licence on a second device. I have currently installed the licence on 2 devices, one of which I am currently using. I am now going to buy a new device on which I want to install the Trados licence on. In order to do that, I need to unistall Trados from the 2nd device, which I am not using anymore. The problem is, I will not be able to gel hold of the 2nd device for a few months, as I stupidly left in in my house abroad which I will return to in summer 2023.

Is there a way to "cancel"  the licence on the 2nd device with no device present, so that I can install it on the new device?
