Problem with Trados License Manager

Good morning,
We are still experiencing problems with the SDL licenses. It initially seemed to work, but my colleague now can still not start Studio if my computer is not on.
When she starts her pc, she gets the following error message :
Service 'Sdl.Translation.Studio.Api.ProjectManagement.IProjectManagementService' could not be started.

Error message in Trados Studio stating 'Service Sdl.TranslationStudio.Api.ProjectManagement.IProjectManagementService could not be started.' with an OK button.

When she opens the Trados License Manager, it is empty.

Would it be possible to assist us?
