Help for licence activation

Dear Support Team,

I sent a help request yesterday without knowing the company I work for has support insurance. My request has been filed under Support Case Id : 00728122 but I've been warned thta requesting help without a support contract could take longer. Is there any way you could take over and use the same case number?

My issue is I've tried activating an available licence number on my lap top and I can't. I've uninstalled Trados, dowloaded it again and tried and it still does not work.
