Hello IT (thebigword) Support 

The case was closed as there was no reply from you. The emails were send to the IT email address because that`s the email address you used to log in to Communities. For future reference please create a separate account on Communities using your email address if you want to receive the notifications on it. Below is the answer from the RWS technician on the support case: 

"Engineering and technical support for Trados 2007 and MultiTerm 2007 ended on December 31, 2013. Since this date, services covered under standard agreements, including technical support and licensing support, are no longer available.
RWS recommends that you upgrade to the latest version of Trados Studio. For more details please go to https://www.trados.com/store/. If you would like to talk to our Customer Experience Team regarding your options, please contact them on the Live Chat here: https://www.trados.com/contact/chat.html.
Further to this, the licensing system for Trados 2007 ( along with any Studio 2014 and older versions) was decommissioned on September 30th, 2022.
After this date, all support for the legacy product including license reset has stopped."
