I cannot use an extra activation on my laptop

As the title says, I cannot use my extra activation for Trados Studio 2022 Freelance Plus on my laptop. Resetting the licence or using the offline option don't work. I'm travelling tomorrow and won't be back until January, so I really need to work on my laptop during Christmas.

For reference, this is the error message that appears after using the offline activation option:
