No access to cloud

It says everywhere that there is cloud storage room available with each Trados Studio Licence bought. This does not be the case. What kind of additional subscription do I need, to start using the cloud options? "save to cloud" only takes me to a login space, where it says "there is a payment issue". I was not aware that I had to pay anything extra, to use the space? Please help me out! Thanks in advance Madeleine
