Please try again to perform a repair, followed by a Studio reset following the steps from Workaround 1 , 2, 3 from here:

The steps above will repair and reset the Studio installation files, so you will have a clean settings which will pretty sure solve your issue.

However, I remember that I had an issue with the Opening of the World Server Package two years ago when I bought the license. I`ve tried to follow the same steps from two years ago but it seems that the links aren`t up to date. So, could you, please, help me to solve this as well?

You can easily download Worldserver from the integrated appstore view, from Studio interface:

The plugin version matches your Studio version, if you're using the integrated appstore ;)

Once installed, please ensure you close Studio and then re-open it for Worldserver feature to appear in the Projects ribbon:
