I obtained a license in august of this year. After having not used Trados Studio for a while, I just tried to open it and I get the message ‘the product license has been deactivated and Trados Studio will now exit. To start Trados again, you must activate the product.
how should I solve this, as the license is still valid?

Paul Hopefully you are doing well. Would you please be so kind as to log a support case again? I have the exact same issue with my Trados account en need the license to be reactivated.
