For Studio you have a single user license so steps are the following:
1. Download and install Studio 2022 from here: https://downloadcentercdn.sdl.com/TP/Trados/T2022/Studio/CUs/CU5/TradosStudio2022_CU5_14757.zip
2. Activate it as described in this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0039555
For Passolo you have a Network license so steps are the following:
1. Download and Install Passolo 2022 from here: https://downloadcentercdn.sdl.com/TP/Passolo/2022/CUs/CU2/Passolo2022.exe
2. Install License Manager on the server / computer: https://downloadcentercdn.sdl.com/tp/Trados/T2022/Licensing/SR2_CU10/LicenseServerManager17.0.134.exe
3. Activate the license in License Manager: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0039977
4. Connect Passolo the the license server / computer: click on Activate / Product Activation> Alternative activation options > Use a license server > type the name of the server / computer where you installed License Manager > click "Activate".
