I cannot activate my license no matter how hard I try. Please help.

Your licence seems to have been activated already on the 29 November. Are you working with multiple computers and you forgot to de-activate from the one you using initially?
If not perhaps try a reset of your licence. You can reset your own license by using the Self Service option in your RWS account for Trados Studio 2015, 2017, 2019 and 2021.
Use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.
