i have a licence for my account but if I enter it and try to activate it I get the message "Could not activate this licence. No licences are currently available for the specified activation code". What should I do? this is urgent so help me please! I just paid 586 euros for something that doesn't seem to work
I just checked your account and see this:
It appears to have been used once already and since you have not purchased the plus licence you can't activate it again without returning it from the computer it was activated on. If this isn't the case try to reset it yourself.
You can reset your own license by using the Self Service option in your RWS account for Trados Studio 2015, 2017, 2019 and 2021.
Use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.

I don't understand what you mean. I have just bought the license so I cannot have "used" it. I have never had an account for Trados Studio 2015, 2017, or 2019. How can I 'return' it from my computer? I did try to reset the license and waited half an hour, but it didn't work
