The latest version of the LSM ( 17.0.134 that is also available in your account) is compatible with Windows Server 2022.
As a prerequisite all you need to install the LSM is for the OS to be up to date and either have .NET 4.8 preinstalled or allow the LSM installer to download and install it during the setup.
