I have a perpetual Studio 2022 Freelance licence which I have been using for a month. Today, trying to open Trados, I received a message saying my licence was expired. The reason is most likely a computer name change – nothing else has changed recently.
My problem is that I cannot deactivate or reset my licence. Due to initial problems with licence activation I seem to have exceeded the limitation of 3 times within 12 months. Are there any other options in this situation?
