When, however, I tried to deactivate my license to use another PC today morning, the deactivation failure error occurred again.

I got the deactivation certificate.

However, when I click the Confirm Deactivation Certificate button, an error occurred so I cannot complete toe deactivation of my license.

Please help me to deactivate my license.
