"Your RWS ID is not linked to any cloud account. Create an account or contact your cloud administrator." Please help urgently.

Upgraded from Studio 2017 Freelance Plus to Studio 2022 Freelance Plus on 1-10-2022 and installed the new edition shortly thereafter on TWO Windows 10 computers (desktop and laptop), but didn't have time to set up my work environment until yesterday. When ready to run a first test project, I discovered I cannot access the cloud and hence cannot access business critical NMT resources.

Here is what happens:

Cloud Sign In:

"Your RWS ID is not linked to any cloud account. Create an account or contact your cloud administrator."

Create Account option:

"An account has already been linked to your organization. We recommend that you contact your account administrator for helping you with the user configuration. Alternatively, contact the support team."

I am the only user and hence also the account administrator, and have used Adaptive MT in the past without problems.

Updated on both computers to version 2022 - 17.0.5.14757, and run 'repair' on both computers.

To no avail.

The only possible reason for incurring the problem I was able to identify might be that my account contains TWO licences: the new Trados Studio 2022 Freelance Plus license and a long retired SDL Trados Studio 2014 Freelance Plus license (flagged inactive). Curiously, both result 'in use' with one user each, whilst Trados 2022 is installed on TWO machines, and Trados 2014 is NOT INSTALLED ON ANY MACHINE since time immemorial.

Please help urgently.

As things stand, Trados is of little use without access to NMT.

Thank you very much in advance for your assistance.

Claudia
