How to deactivate Trados 2022 in RWS account page

In last December, I have upgraded my Trados Studio 2019 to 2022 with some help from Support. Unfortunately, several days later, my computer crashed and dead. Since then, I had to build another system from scratch, and finally I installed Trados Studio 2022 onto my new system, but as I expected, since I didn't have a chance to deactivate my previous installation due to a sudden death of my computer, I am at either using Studio Pro trial version for 30 days or "Activate". But entering my activation code fails.  My RWS Account shows that my license is in use and non-available. Is it possible for some support agent to deactivate it for me on your end so that I can use my activation code again to activate my new installation? Thank you in advance for your help.
