Hi. I bought a Trados Studio Freelance L1 - 12 month subscription, but is unable to activate my Trados installation subscription.
Below are my status and the steps I've already taken:
- already paid for my license, and received a mail saying "Your order has now been processed" (Order Number: 710766)
- product currently installed is Trados Studio 2022
- opened Trados Studio 2022 Product Activation and chose my account "Sinan Alpertonga - ID 509830" and was directed to my LanguageCloud subscription after clicking on "Trados Freelance Personal"
- checked my "manage account" menu and "connected devices". I can log into my web browser account but I cannot log into my Desktop/PC account
- I do not see the "activate" button under the question "Do you want to activate it now?", on the Trados Studio 2022 Product Activation pop-up screen,
- So, when I click "ok" after choosing my subscription account (but not seeing the "activate" button) on Trados Studio 2022 Product Activation pop-up screen,
- I get the pop-up error message "the product license has been deactivated and Trados Studio will now exit. To start Trados Studio again, you must activate the product."
I'm thinking perhaps a reset of my license is needed?
Kindly please open a support case, as I need to use Trados Studio with my work ASAP.
