Hello,

I have SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus license upgraded from version 2019. If I am correct, I should be able to use both versions 2019 and 2021 on 2 different PCs. Some time ago I was using them this way on my PC and my laptop. Unfortunately the hard drive in my laptop failed and I wasn't able to return the licenses then.

Currently I am moving from Windows 7 to Windows 10 on my PC (I don't use laptop anymore) and I would like to keep the old system functional for some time (I installed Win 10 on a new hard drive leaving the old hard drive disconnected). I returned the license of Studio 2021 in Win 7 and successfully activated it in Win 10. The problem is I cannot activate Studio 2019 in Win 10 (I didn't returned it's license in Win 7).

On my RWS account I can see the following:

Users 1 1* In Use 1 1* Available 0 0*

I know that starting from Studio 2019 it is possible to keep both versions - the old one and the new one on one PC, installing 2019 and later 2021.

What should I do to activate Studio 2019 on Win 10 and keep it activated on Win 7 please? Considering these are 2 different PCs this should be possible. Please advise.
