Hi, I need to activate my license of SDL Trados 2017 on my new laptop.
The license had been reset with your help on Dec 28, 2022, and I haa used offline measures to activate on my new laptop successfully (since cannot properly use online measure but don't know the reason). And I get the email about offline activate certificate, also backstage also represents "in use".

However, when I open Trados today, it just not properly activated, it also represents "trial version" and need to activate once again while the former activate certificate is not works. Can you please give me some solutions for that? I just don't want to waste 1 time of 3 to reset.
