Account User Blocked

Question

Hello everyone, 
 I am trying to reinstall multitrans program, but I got some errors and I need assistance to solve them. 
 The first message that appears when I open the program is "your maintenance contract has expired". 
 
 Then, when I tried to login to the client's database I got a problem with the login: it says that my user account is locked and that I should contact the system administrator. 
 
 Can someone help me with this problem?
