I am moving from Windows 7 to Windows 10. I installed SDL Trados Studio 2019 and then SDL Trados Studio 2021. I activated Studio 2021 (could not activate 2019 but I asked about it in a separate topic). In the morning I was able to open Studio 2021 but in the afternoon, when I tried to open it, it stuck on checking the license and won't open. All I get is the message "Service 'Sdl.Desktop.Platform.Services.ITelemetryService' could not be started". I've tried different solutions both from Knowledge Base and Community, including renaming the files and folders, repairing Studio, reinstalling Studio, repairing WMI, checking the registry, checking Windows services etc. All test ended fine and I could not find any issues. But Studio won't start. I am out of ideas. Please help.
