Hello dear team,

I hope you are doing well.

I have a license of SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance but after the complete renovation of my computer and reinstallation of the Studio 2021 I can't activate the license that I have. The previous hard disk is removed along with the activated program.

When I enter my activation code, it tells me the following: 

"Could not activate this license - No licenses are currently available for the specified activation code."

How can this problem be solved? Maybe you can mark my license as deactivated so that I can reactivate it again? Please, advise.
