Still no internet connection. How to reach support service??

Trados 2022 still says it can't connect to the Internet, so it's just an expensive, but useless software for now. A ticket had been created for this issue, but despite receiving several of my emails at first, for some reason, they stopped receiving them and closed my ticket without fixing the issue as they thought I had stopped answering. I didn't. The lack of ability to reach someone by phone is truly problematic!

Can someone create another ticket created to fix the issue and ideally, provide me with a phone number to reach someone so we can avoid another waste of time? I've had the software for well over a month now and still can't use it.

I'm sorry, but I'm really annoyed with this. I've had Trados since 2010 or so and it's the first time that I'm running into issues without being able to get timely support or any support at all. Disappointed
