I deactivated the licence on my pc in order to activate it on a new one. When I tried to activate it on the new pc, the program crashed and asked me to reinstall it. I downoladed from my SDL page the file SDLTRadosStudio2017_SR1_44945 to reinstall the program.

Each time I run this package I get an error: "Set up did non complete. The error is: Setup has detected a higher version of this product already installed. If you still wish to install this version, you must remove the other version first.".

In my control panel there is no SDL program to unistall and I have no program on my pc. In my account the license is now in use even if I don't have it in use on either computer.

How can I install the program on the new pc? How can I activate my licence?
