Hi, I just purchased a new laptop and deactivated my Trados 2014 Freelance edition license and tried to install it on my new laptop but I keep getting an error that MS Visual C++ 2005 SP1 can't be downloaded so the installation won't continue. I click retry and I get the same message. I cleared out the log and it still happens. I downloaded and installed MS Visual C++ 2005 SP1 from the Microsoft website but I continue to get the same error message. What can I do?

However, if you still want to install it, try to install Studio 2014 manually: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0036110
