Hi, I have a defunct laptop with Trados Studio 2021 installed but I cannot deactivate the license offline or online because the laptop does not start.
How can I activate the license in the new laptop? Would Reset License do that?
I have a Freelance Plus license that allows me two activations, with the second license in a computer that is working fine, so I only need to deactivate the older activation of the two available.
