Unable to deactivate or reset Trados 2021 license

Hi,

I recently purchased a new laptop after having issues with loading and updating Trados 2021 app on my old laptop.  I installed the app on my new laptop but ran into the product activation issue as the app failed to recognize my license nor my activation code. It shows that I am on 30day trial for a new purchase.  

I tried to reset/deactivate my license online/offline but to no avail.   Please advise,
