I am trying to deactivate my Freelance license because I need to activate the Professional license that my university is providing me. Some assignments in my course need a Professional license in order to create packages, which I can't do with my Freelance license. It seems that I need first to deactivate my Freelance license to be able to access the Professional license that my university is providing me within the same computer.

I have tried to deactivate my Freelance license with the certificate that you provided me with but the system gives me an error every time and it says to contact you.
