Here are the steps you need to follow:
1. Install Studio on the new PC: https://downloadcentercdn.sdl.com/TP/Trados/T2021/CUs/SR2_CU12/TradosStudio2021_SR2_CU12_9338.zip
2. Deactivate the license from the current computer from Studio > Help > Product Activation.
3. Activate the license on the new PC: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0039555
4. Copy your projects on the new PC (like you copy any other data), in the same folder as in the current computer (optional).
5. Open the projects in Studio from their location.
