Hi,
I'm having problems trying to deactivate my Studio 2021 licence on my PC in order to activate Trados 2022.
When trying to deactivate the licence, the message "There are multiple instances of this application running. Close the other instances before deactivating the license" appears. The same goes when trying the offline deactivation. Turning off the computer and restarting it does not solve the problem.
Can you please help me?
