As I am migrating all my work-related software to a new device, I've realised that my "Licenses" page no longer lists trados 2019 license even though I purchased it in 2019. I would like to run it alongside my 2021 license, as on the previous device. Please advise.

Your 2019 license was removed from your account when you processed the upgrade from 2019 to 2021. You can use Studio 2019 on the same computer where Studio 2021 is activated as described in this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0033843
