Language Weaver not available in TS 2019 after purchased subscription

Question

Hi, 
 I have SDL TRADOS 2019 Freelance Plus and when I try opening Cloud Based Resources , it says I need to subscribe to a package, when I go to that link, it says that I have to contact YOU to get the price for the language cloud package. I bought a monthly subscription to LW for 9,99 GBP/month but I read on another thread that LW is free up to 6 million words/year to the owners of SDL TRADOS 2019 Freelance. 
 I am very confused. 
 Do I need to pay for anything? Language Weaver or Language Cloud Package , or both? Or none of them? 
 If so, why cant I instantly buy a Language Cloud Package on your website online, just as I bought access to Language Weaver (I have a 14 days free trial at the moment)? 
 Can anyone from your team help me, please? I havent found any solution to this on your platform.

SOLUTION: I got the following answer from Support by email: (which BTW works!) 
 "Please install the Language Weaver plugin. You will find the Language Weaver plugin for Studio 2019(3.2.10.1).zip on the following link: https://community.rws.com/product-groups/trados-portfolio/rws-appstore/w/wiki/6453/archived-versions-language-weaver ." 
 I also asked if I need to purchase a subscription to LW (which I did, so I cancelled it immediately). 
 "LW is free to use up to six million free NMT characters per year, per account for Studio users. For more details, please consult article https://www.trados.com/products/machine-translation/access-nmt-in-studio.html " 
 I hope someone will benefit from the thread.
