I've searched for any answers in the community blog, but without success.
Although I have a 2022 license on another computer, I still have one 2019 license (of 2) on my old computer, but I want to move the license to my laptop. Therefore, I need to deactivate it. However, after several attempts to deactivate the license online and offline, it is still active. I have generated an offline certificate and it is all the same. I'm prompted to contact licensing support. As I do not have a support contract, I cannot do anything and the replies in the community blog do not help to resolve my problem.
Would you please let me know what I can do?
