Deactivation or resetting aren't working

I am not able to deactivate, or reset, my Trados Studio Freelance Plus 2017 license(s). Both licenses are on defunct laptops and I need to deactivate them in order to upgrade to the 2022 version and activate it on my new laptop. However, neither resetting nor offline deactivation seem to be working, despite multiple tries and consulting official tutorials. I would appreciate your help!
