Unable to reset my license

Hello,

I need to reset my license for SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus, but I keep getting an error message every time I click the respective link in my account. Also, I am unable to file a Support Ticket as I get error messages again and again. Please help! Actually, I need to reset just one of my 2 Plus licenses, the one activated on 25-Apr-2021 12:00, and keep the other one activated on 04-Jan-2023 12:00. The reason is that my Desktop PC has crashed, so now it is impossible to deactivate the license activated on 25-Apr-2021 12:00, and I am left with Trados Studio installed on my laptop only, which is pretty dangerous and uncomfortable for me. I reply on your help, thank you so much in advance!
