PC crashed, cannot deactivate license and activate it on the new pc

Question

My previous PC with downloaded SDL Trados Studio 2011 Freelance Plus crashed, and now I need to download it on my new PC. How do I deactivate it on my previous PC (I cannot even turn it on) and install it on my new one?

 Unfortunately, license resets, license activation and de-activation for this version are no longer possible.
