Deactivation of Trados Studio 2019 is not possible

Question

I cannot deactivate my licence for Trados Studio 2019. I get an error, saying "Revocation is either complete or revocation proof is already uploaded". I also checked in the account and it seems like the activation was not completed, even though Trados Studio is working without poroblems on my PC. What can I do to deactivate it? If this works, I would like to do the upgrade to Studio 2022. Thanks for your help and ideas. Error message in Trados Studio stating 'Deactivation failed. Revocation is either complete or revocation proof is already uploaded.' with an OK button.
