When I launched Trados Studio 2021 SR2 today for some reason it does not recognize this installation as being activated (it has been working fine since I installed it in late December). It's showing as a trial with only 15 days left. I went to my account and tried to deactivate my license (license reset) so I can reactivate this installation, but I keep getting an error message. When I tried to file a support ticket I am not permitted to do so. Please assist ASAP.
